1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Franky GO, a digital experience created by Franky's Dinner LLC ("Franky's Dinner," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Franky GO website or game (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. What is Franky GO?

Franky GO is a web-based roguelike adventure game that focuses on storytelling and decision-making. The Service is designed for entertainment only. You can play for free up to three times per day, or purchase tickets for additional gameplay sessions.

3. Who Can Play?

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By connecting your wallet, you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You are legally able to enter into this agreement
• You are not on any restricted or sanctioned party list

4. Connecting a Wallet and Choosing a Username

To use the Service, you must connect a compatible digital wallet. This action creates an account. You may choose a visible username for use on public leaderboards and in-game features. You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure and for any actions taken under your connected account.

5. Tickets

Tickets are access tokens that allow additional game sessions beyond the daily free plays. Tickets are not currency, do not hold monetary value, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are solely for gameplay access.

6. Community Guidelines

While using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share or create illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property or personal rights
• Disrupt or harass other players
• Cheat or exploit bugs
• Impersonate others
• Tamper with or reverse-engineer game systems

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to game content, art, code, and assets belong to Franky's Dinner LLC or its licensors. Playing the game or buying a ticket does not give you ownership of any game elements.

8. Leaderboards and Usernames

We may display usernames and scores on public leaderboards. By submitting a username, you grant us permission to display it in connection with the game. You retain rights to your username but grant us a license to use it for game-related purposes.

9. No Financial Rewards

Franky GO is not a financial product. Any in-game "rewards" like Crumbs or collectible items are for entertainment only and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money on the Franky GO platform. Tickets do not represent investments and do not yield financial returns. We do not support token swaps, trading, or real-world payouts.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, especially if a player violates these Terms or disrupts the experience for others.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be resolved individually. By using the Service, you agree to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in New York, NY. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs. Emergency injunctive relief may be pursued in court.

12. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Franky's Dinner disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
